Bart Conner (Morton Grove (Illinois), Estados Unidos, 28 de marzo de 1958) es un gimnasta artístico estadounidense, especialista en la prueba de barras paralelas, con la que ha logrado ser campeón olímpico en 1984 y campeón mundial en 1979.
Actualmente posee y opera el "Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy" en Norman (Oklahoma) junto con su esposa, la rumana medallista olímpica Nadia Comăneci. Además, ambos están Implicados en las Olimpiadas Especiales.

He was a close associate of his father's political regime and considered the President's heir presumptive.
